Spare parts for
We offer a wide range of wear parts for impact crushers, suitable for various models and brands. While our specialty is the manufacture of blow bars, we can also supply all the parts required for the proper operation and long service life of your equipment.
Each part is designed to deliver performance, strength and durability, helping to maximize the productivity of your impact crushers.
Our products provide a consistent and angular wear profile, ensuring optimal crushing performance throughout their service life. The raised ceramic inserts provide excellent wear resistance.
High wear resistance means fewer maintenance shutdowns, keeping your machines running longer and helping you complete projects faster.
The extended service life of components such as blow bars and impact plates also reduces replacement frequency, resulting in lower maintenance and operating costs.
Fewer interventions on the machines mean improved safety for workers, reducing the risk of accidents and minimizing work interruptions.
Reduced transportation and storage requirements help improve the overall profitability of our customers’ projects and operations.
We provide solutions tailored to our customers’ specific requirements, designed to help them successfully complete their projects.
Our composite solutions, based on martensitic steel or high-chrome cast iron, are developed and supplied on an individual basis according to each application and the specific requirements of the end user.
Ceramic Blow Bars with Chrome Cast Iron – Xtra Long Life Solution (BCX700)
This composite solution offers exceptional wear resistance, with performance improvements of up to 180% compared to the BC650 model.
Chrome Cast Iron + Ceramic Blow Bars (BCC650)
These chrome cast iron blow bars with ceramic inserts are designed to process highly abrasive materials, such as those commonly found in gravel pits.
Martensitic Steel + Ceramic Blow Bars – Xtra Long Life Solution (BMX550)
This alloy delivers an exceptional improvement in wear resistance, offering up to 200% greater performance compared to the BMC550.
Martensitic Steel + Ceramic Blow Bars (BMC550)
This option is ideal for crushers used in recycling facilities. It is specially designed for the recycling of reinforced concrete, including steel reinforcement and other foreign materials. Its ceramic inserts provide exceptional wear resistance.
Martensitic Steel Blow Bars (BM550)
With a hardness ranging from 500 to 580 HB, these blow bars are designed for crushing applications involving low to moderate abrasion.
Manganese Steel Blow Bars (CCX)
Our manganese steel blow bars are designed to provide good wear resistance in crushing applications involving soft to medium-hard rock, such as limestone.
Chrome Cast Iron Blow Bars (BC650)
These blow bars are manufactured from chrome cast iron, without ceramic inserts, and are designed for applications where no uncrushable materials are present.
BRESITEC Blow Bars in Operation
We also supply impact plates for impact crushers. The impact plates receive the material thrown by the blow bars, helping to break it down into smaller pieces.
We can offer impact plates in various grades, including:
Steel Impact Plates (type Hardox)
We can manufacture impact plates from flame-cut steel, such as Hardox, offering high wear resistance.
Chrome Cast Iron Plates (with or without Ceramic Inserts)
Suitable for applications where no uncrushable materials are present and the material being processed is relatively abrasive, such as in gravel pits.
Martensitic Steel Impact Plates (with or without Ceramic Inserts)
Designed for the recycling of concrete and/or inert construction materials containing steel reinforcement and uncrushable materials, such as manhole covers and similar items.
Manganese Steel Impact Plates
Primarily used in applications involving the crushing of soft to medium-hard rocks, such as limestone.
We also manufacture customized liners, such as side liners or chute liners. These liners can be manufactured from flame-cut Hardox steel, cast steel or cast iron, depending on the application and requirements.
Bimetallic Liners
We also offer side liners made from two different steel grades, reinforced on one side for significantly extended service life. However, these liners require a minimum material thickness to be manufactured.
Side Liners
Side liners for impact crushers, manufactured from high wear-resistant cut steel (such as Hardox 450) or chrome cast steel, depending on the application.
We can also supply additional parts upon request, based on accurate measurements taken on site, either directly from the impact crusher or from an existing new part to be reproduced.
