The inner surface of our mantles is always precisely matched to the cone head on which they are mounted.

The outer profile can be modified according to the desired crushing setting, ranging from extra-fine to very coarse, in order to meet specific crushing requirements.

Our bowl liners are designed to fit perfectly with the crusher’s fastening system. The inner profile can also be adjusted to accommodate different crushing settings, ranging from extra-fine to very coarse.

At BRESITEC, we make sure to fully understand how the bowl liners are secured in place in order to guarantee an optimal fit.

We can also offer composite steel mantles with tungsten inserts. These inserts reinforce the areas subject to the highest levels of wear, significantly extending the service life of the parts.

This type of mantle is mainly used in the mining industry. Depending on the application, they can provide up to 100% longer service life compared with conventional manganese steel.

These rings, used in cone crushers, help keep the mantle securely in place and stabilize the rotating components. They reduce friction between the parts, limit wear and protect the equipment from vibrations and impacts.

We can also design and manufacture all other parts for your cone crusher, based on a few measurements taken directly from your crusher or from new parts that you would like us to reproduce.
