This steel is specifically designed for applications requiring exceptional wear resistance. It can provide a significantly longer service life than conventional manganese steel alloys.

The tungsten inserts also deliver enhanced resistance to severe and prolonged impacts. This is particularly important in applications where equipment is exposed to repeated heavy shocks, such as crushers processing extremely hard materials.

This type of XDur jaw plate provides a service life that is 30% to 90% longer than that of conventional manganese steel jaw plates.

Toggle Platee and pressure bar are essential components of a jaw crusher, transmitting movement between the movable jaw and the crusher frame. Made from high-strength steel, they also serve a safety function and must be replaced in the event of cracking or deformation.
