Expert knowledge, tailoredsupport.

At BRESITEC, we design and manufacture highly wear-resistant crusher parts, developed from our own drawings and inspired by original equipment parts.

Through close collaboration with users and our strong technical expertise, we optimise each design to meet real on-site requirements.

Our customised solutions are designed to sustainably improve the performance, reliability and profitability of your installations. We can also adapt each part to your specific needs: technical modifications, performance improvements or increased equipment lifetime.

If you do not have drawings of your parts, no problem. Our team can visit your site to take the necessary measurements and then provide you with a fully customised quotation, completely free of charge and with no obligation.

Products

Exclusive alloys, developed for the specific requirements of your machine applications.

Over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Many customers across the Benelux, France and Germany.

Two objectives: optimise your performance and reduce your wear costs.

Our goal : to help you improve performance and rentability by providing, the most suitable solution for each of your machines and applications.

Our expertise includes a range of services designed to guarantee the quality and reliability of your parts, while providing you with a simple and efficient experience.

At BRESITEC, we do everything possible to support your projects and provide solutions perfectly adapted to your needs.

Technical Site Visit

We visit our customers directly to carry out a precise survey of the wear parts or the areas concerned :

  1. Dimensional Measurement
  2. Contact Surface Analysis
  3. Study of Fixings, Space Requirements, etc.

Custom Design

Based on the measurements taken, we design customized parts in-house, adapted to the specific requirements of each crushing installation :

  1. 3D Modelling and Technical Drawings
  2. Part Optimisation

Metallurgical Expertise

With our expertise, we provide :

  1. A detailed analysis of your requirements
  2. The selection of the optimal material based on the type of material being crushed and the wear conditions.
  3. Personalised Technical Advice

Production with Our Foundry Partner

We work with trusted foundries to ensure consistent quality and high-performance materials. The Process:

  1. Manufacture of Wooden Patterns
  2. Sand Mould Production
  3. Pouring of Molten Steel at 1,500°C
  4. Heat Treatment
  5. Machining of Contact Surface

Quality control

Before being shipped to the customer, the parts are inspected to ensure they meet BRESITEC standards.

  1. Identify Possible Improvements
  2. Ensure High-Quality Parts for Our Customers

Parts Transport and Logistics

We manage the entire logistics chain, from the foundry to the end customer:

  1. Stock Management
  2. Final Delivery to the Customer
  3. Direct Delivery

After-Sales Support & Continuous Improvement

We provide follow-up of the installed parts in order to:

  1. Evaluate their performance over time
  2. Identify possible improvements to extend their service life and improve their performance.
  3. Adjust the design or alloy for future orders.

Manufacturing Process

  1. 1. Wooden Pattern : Based on our drawings, our foundry partner manufactures wooden patterns. These patterns are used to produce the mould, which gives the steel casting its final shape during the pouring process.
  2. 2. Sand Mould : Sand moulds are produced by compacting sand around wooden patterns. After the pattern is removed, the mould is assembled and prepared for the pouring of molten metal.
  3. 3. Casting : Once the steel has been melted at a temperature of approximately 1,500°C, the alloy composition is checked and adjusted if necessary by adding elements such as chromium, manganese and carbon. After validation, the molten steel is poured into the sand mould, where it takes the final shape of the part.
  4. 4. Heat Treatment : After pouring, the parts undergo heat treatment to improve their mechanical properties and achieve a high and uniform hardness, enabling them to withstand heavy impacts, including those from rocks up to 800 mm in size.
  5. 5. Machining  : The contact surfaces of the parts are then machined to ensure a precise fit and optimal installation in the machine.
  6. 6. Stock  : Finally, the parts are received in our warehouse, ready to be installed on our customers’ machines.
